VISITING HOURS

• Indoor: Wednesday to Friday: 12 PM – 5 PM (Gardens open until 6 PM)
• Indoor: Saturday and Sunday: 10 AM – 4:30 PM (Gardens open until 6 PM)
• Indoor: Public Holidays (Wednesday to Sunday): 10 AM – 4:30 PM (Gardens open until 6 PM)

Admission is free of charge and subject to venue capacity. Prior registration is not required.

Important: As the Palácio da Liberdade also hosts official governmental and institutional events, visiting hours may vary according to the official schedule.

PUBLIC VISITING GUIDELINES

INDOOR AREAS

• Bags and backpacks are not permitted inside the building.
• Touching walls, furniture, artworks, or any exhibition items is not allowed.
• On the second floor, visitors must remain on the designated red carpet pathway.
• Professional photo shoots, as well as professional photography or filming, are not permitted inside the building or in its gardens.

GARDENS

• Access to the Gardens is free and does not require prior registration.
• Bicycles are allowed, provided they are not ridden inside the premises.
• Pets are welcome when on a leash and accompanied by their guardians.
• Approaching or feeding the swans is not permitted.
• Walking on the planted garden beds or holding picnics is not allowed.
